For those who don't need the live experience but need the trusted support of comprehensive program design and an accessible, knowledgeable, certified trainer.
This service is ideal for those committed to achieving meaningful growth and change, but simply require proper direction, feedback, and accountability in order to develop it on their own.
We all know the truth. Well-earned results take proper effort, consistency, and honest work. A lot of focus and care is put into the platform as well as each individual's strategy, mindset, and needs. The same respect is expected in return. With that, and after proving a good fit together, a 3 month commitment is required up front.
Especially during these times, building an independent foundation and understanding with our fitness is a powerfully valuable investment. Everyone is capable of doing this. 1:1 Online Coaching takes out all guesswork, and addresses all aspects of training, nutrition, science/the "why" of things, and the one-on-one communication necessary to ensure your specific success. If your goal is to find joy the process, and be able to continue developing sustainable progress for the rest of your life, then this is the place for you!
A place where you learn how to fish. Not where you wait for the local monger to feed you whatever's left. On that note...
How it works

The process begins with a friendly phone consultation (or video chat) where we go over your specific goals, injury history, fitness level, equipment available, nutrition - everything relevant to getting you excited and set up with an optimal plan.

Your program is constructed. This includes full training structure, nutritional guidance/macronutrient targets, and everything in between. All of this will be easily accessible via an app (can use mobile or desktop version). This is your all-in-one hub. It is here you will track your workouts, view nutritional targets/food logs, measure progress, make comments/notes, upload progress photos, and have direct messaging capability with your coach for any questions or needs the entire way.

You're ready to rock. Following the initial setup, extra communication is encouraged to ensure everything feels right and any tweaks are made as needed. It is recommended that you record yourself performing lifts and send them for form feedback (esp. the big compound exercises). No matter the experience level, checking and reinforcing movement quality is always important. It leads to improved strength, resilience, and longevity. Don't hesitate to send videos for form critiquing whenever you'd like throughout the process.

Check-ins occur once a week to connect and touch on the prior week's activity and any adjustments that may need to be made. The rest of the week is yours to apply, push yourself, and have fun. Members also receive one monthly zoom (30 min.) to go over anything from Q&A, to live form assessment, nutrition strategy, etc. The in-app chat is always available for your convenience, as well. Naturally, things come up in life, and timely assistance is needed. Need an exercise swap? Meal prep advice, or tips while eating out? Did you book a sudden trip out of town and need a challenging bodyweight routine to hit? Send a message, and you'll be accommodated. Quality communication can be the missing key in many peoples training and reaching the next level. Here, it is viewed as a staple to help you progress with confidence, stay on track with your goals, and feel happy and excited doing it!
